P90X, the end

We finished and survived P90X, our last workout was a few days ago, we've got a couple weeks off and then we'll give it a second round. I'm not posting pics because 1) too modest to show so much flesh and 2) I can't really see that big a difference anyway. But here are some of the results! Matt lost 25lbs, I gained two but I'm telling myself its muscle I gained:) Matt is off his blood pressure medicine and taking less pain meds for his back. He's also in MUCH better cardiovascular shape. I can do ten whole pull ups by myself and can reach about 2.5 inches past my toes than I could before...and if you know me you know I'm pretty flexible to begin with. Basically we can jump faster and run higher than ever before:) Thank you, Tony Horton!

I still don't get PDX90. Even the name sounds painful

Wow! Good job! I gained weight when I did it too. But it's gotta be muscle. :)

Congratulations for completing the program! WAY TO GO!!! You're very inspiring!!! I have other friends that did the program too and it practically killed them! You should be extremely proud for surviving it! ;)
