10 Points If You Guess This Correctly

Last night we looked at a house for sale. It was huge, a mere 4200 sq feet with five bedrooms, four bathrooms, marble floors, etc. It's a foreclosure so it was pretty dirty, but had some potential, just not for us. I mean really, our couches would just look silly in the huge living room, we'd probably have to leave a few rooms empty till we could fill them with house guests or kids or whatever. Apparently a large extended family lived here, there were beds in every room and they left a desk in the master suite closet! Yes, the closet was an office, I guess. But the best part of all was the back yard, what do you think this building is supposed to be? It has a moat around it, a moat!! Have you ever seen a moat in someone's backyard? The building has no electricity, no heating, no cooling, no carpet, just a couple windows and a possible gas or water pipe. Honestly, I've never seen anything like it before.

That is really funny. Its weird what some people do with their living space. Actually, I can see Tommy building a moat around his house, or out building . . .

I say it was the mother-in-law suite. :)

The realtor's best guess is that is was a shrine of some sort, a large Asian family lived there previously. But, the world may never know:)

Jared and I had such a good laugh over your email about the moat house! We decided that our kids would absolutely adore a moat and little house of their own!

I'm seriously going to research this one. Was "moat" listed as one of the amenities? Weird.
