I'm sure most of you have seen this before, but I still love watching it and think of it every time I get on a treadmill. Oh, and I have to demonstrate the fact that I FINALLY figured out how to post a video on my blog:)

Never seen this. Funny. I spend a lot more time than I'd like to on a treadmill--a pox on TX pollens and my body's reactions to them.
Oh, that and my sense of direction. I like to be able to find my way back home, you see. And if I go much further than a boring treadmill that becomes problematic.
I had heard of that but never actually seen it. That is funny!! I think you could come up with an intersting aerobics class using this as a model....

That is too funny! And probably took them WAY too long to practice.
My fave are the lead singer's white tennis shoes. That always throws me off--both the shoes and that he's the main singer!
He's my favorite too Katie, but I think that's cause he's the goofiest looking!
