Here's My Confession(s)

Ok, I can't wait to get a minivan. Mock me if you wish, call me a "soccer mom" or whatever. But think about it, the doors OPEN FOR YOU! And all that space in the front, when I have a front passenger they won't have to hold my diaper bag/purse on their lap anymore. And I could probably lift my jogging stroller into the trunk of a minivan. Plus I won't have to worry about room to open side doors in the parking lot, or kids banging other car doors while opening ours. Oh, and did I mention the DOORS OPEN FOR YOU? These are merely observations, I haven't even tried driving one yet. The one thing is that is does seem a little silly to have a minivan if you just have one child. So I guess while we're getting a minivan, we might as well add another kid to the mix. The baby will come in August and the minivan should come a couple months later. Perfect.

You're pregnant!? How exciting!!! Congrats! You do make a pretty convincing case for a minivan... I've always been very against a minivan, but you got me thinking... what's more important, being cool or having doors that open for you? I'm still leaning towards being cool, but I can't blame you for wanting the doors :)

Congrats! And I resisted the minivan until we had THREE kids. And we actually test drove one that didn't have automatic doors. I turned to Adam and said, "I know this one is so inexpensive we could pay cash for it, but I NEED automatic doors." :)

Are you kidding me?! You're having another baby? I am floored right now--SERIOUSLY! Congratulations!!! I must admit that I love opening the doors of my minivan with my key fob. Hope you totally enjoy this perk when you end up with one because you can't see out the back of them AT ALL! It's kind of horrid for me. Golly, my pillow update seems pretty silly at this point. . . .

Haha, cute post. I love the surprise at the end. I wasn't expecting that. Congratulations! I've considered a van because they are so very practical but then I think I'd like a new SUV.. Lol. I'm still trying to decide. :)
I hope you're feeling well. Congrats again!

I saw an ad today at the gym for the new Honda Odyssey and I think it looks much sexier that mini vans of the past.

So I'm super lame and have been meaning to comment ever since your dad forwarded the picture of little Sammy wearing his big brother shirt.

CONGRATS!

Though the mini-van part. Sorry. Can't relate. :/

Ugh. I will never ever own a minivan. So I guess when I do, you will laugh at me, but at the moment I am SUPER happy with my Outback. Which is great for strollers, large and small, luggage, kids, and travel And btw, yes the minivan doors will open for you, but only til the kids get old enough to break them ;)
