Great Things About Moving to Vegas

1.Housing. Hurray for a recession! You can get a decent sized home at a good price AND near the office! The combo of these three things is pretty foreign to us. Now if only we could get rid of our house here, anyone want to buy a house in Loudoun County VA?
2.Café Rio, there's one on our side of town, oh goody!
3.They sell Hershey's Choc Milk Powder Mix, I think no chocolate milk tastes as good as Hershey's, not the syrup, but the powder. They don't sell it in Virginia.
4.It's close to Utah but not IN Utah.
5.Last but certainly not least, I get to telecommute! My employer here is changing me to part time and I will work in the same department just for a different program. I get to work 20 hours a week in front of my home computer! I've been trying to get a gig like this for a while so I'm pretty excited!

What's with no Hersheys powder in Virginia? Its practically next door to Hershey Pennsylvania, the sweetest town on earth. That seems pretty wrong if you ask me.

I think the problem with a recession is that you reap what you sow... (if that saying works) I'll bet you would definitely have an upper hand if you were renting though! We're excited to visit someday, but we don't exactly have the direct route that we had in Utah. I'm feeling we would take a road trip to Vegas through Northern California, San Francisco, and LA. Still incredibly long, but it beats trying to take roads through Nevada.
