Aaron woke up from his morning nap with a huge diaper blowout, it was everywhere, including his car seat (he takes his naps in it, 'cause it works). This was 45 minutes before my yoga class, the class I'd been looking forward to all week long. The class I hadn't been to in two weeks since I've been potty training Sammy. On top of that, Matt's been out of town the past few days so I REALLY needed a workout. But the car seat cover really needed a full wash and wouldn't be done to get me to my class on time, blast! So I figured, all the real safety equipment is still in the car seat and its a three minute drive, so away we went! It was so worth it:)

I love it! Sometimes you just have to improvise as a mom. And I love your Ode to Pinterest! I LOVE Pinterest, Mark makes fun of me all the time for it but I can't help it, it's the greatest! By the way I was cleaning out some old stuff of mine from my mom's and found some funny pictures of us as teenagers, remember the picture we had taken at Olan Mills? I laughed out loud. I'll scan it and email it to you.
i'm starting to think that kid just looks permanently suprised.
