Our Frequent Flier

We just got back from a trip to Baltimore, which makes 12 plane rides (including getting there and coming back) total for Sammy in his 13 month life. That seems like a lot to me, especially since about half of those flights it was just me and him! Before he was born I watched people flying with babies and thought, "I don't think I want to try that". Now I look at families flying with two or more kids and think, "I'm pretty sure I don't want to try that!" But I'm sure I will, do any of you out there have some great ideas for plane travel with kids?

This is coming from a woman who has no children but I do watch the t.v ;) I saw on The Doctors, if your child is young enough, you should have them suck on a bottle, to help their ears pop. I guess if their older you could do sippy cups. I think that is the biggest reason why babies are upset on planes, because their ears hurt! That and pure boredom, and being uncomfortable and you get the point

Sounds like you're a pro by now. I am so glad that time of life is over for me! I wish I had an amazing idea for you, but all I can say is don't leave their favorite stuffed bear on the plane :(
