New House!

So the big news is that we bought a house! It's actually one of the new houses they are building in our neighborhood, literally behind the house we're in now. Construction hasn't started yet but when it does we'll be able to see (and hear) it going up from our back windows. We got to choose kitchen cupboards, counters, flooring and all sorts of other stuff and now I'm having fun decorating the rooms...of course it's all in my head right now, but it looks great in my head! I don't know if it's a good omen or not, but Sammy was so good during the whole process, from looking at the model homes right up till the contract, five hours! He was even happy when he wasn't sleeping, I'm taking this as a sign that he approves. The house should be done around Christmas time, this means I probably won't be putting up any Christmas decorations, but there will be plenty of room for a big Christmas tree next year.
