We've been in Las Vegas a little over a month and it's been busy! Here are a few of the things we've been doing.
* Saw "Holiday Celebration on Ice" at the Orleans Arena. This aired on Nov 30 on NBC, Nancy Kerrigan and a bunch of other famous figure skaters performed, it was kinda neat but not nearly as cool as...
* The Trans Siberian Orchestra, I took Matt for his birthday. Lots of lights, lasers and loud music, it was fun.
* Matt's office bought a table at a charity dinner/auction for a local children's hospital, we got to dress up and go to the MGM Grand. The first two courses of the dinner were pretty good, the rest of it wasn't anything to get excited about. I wish I had a picture of the dessert, I think it was supposed to look like an elf or snowman, but it tasted like foam.
* Thanksgiving with Ammon, Tommy and Sheryl, I think it was pretty good. We deep fried a turkey, yum! We also took them to The Strip and saw the Bellagio fountain show, Ethel's Chocolate Factory and visited the famous "Las Vegas sign". And, of course, we ate at In n Out Burger.
